 Course structure:

✴︎ Arrival day. Introduction and Welcome dinner in the evening.10th of May -

✴︎ Retreat starts on the 11th of May at sunrise with an optional sunrise meditation around 6am at the beach, free time until 8 am.6 am -

✴︎ For one hour you can help yourself to breakfast and socialise if you wish too, before the start of the theta healing course.8-9 am -

✴︎ ThetaHealing® course 9:30 am to 2 pm -

✴︎ Lunch and free time to explore and rest after 2 pm -

✴︎ In the afternoon each day from 6-7pm we will have a healing circle with meditation,various exercises and practice, your attendance is optional.6-7 pm -

For the afternoon of the last 3 consecutive days we will in addition to our timetable visit various sites. A chance to connect to the past history and the historic level.

We will visit:

✴︎ Archaeological Site of Ancient Pydna

✴︎ These mud baths, in case we would like to make a stop here. It will be cold though for bathing (optional)Salt pans of Pydna

✴︎ Macedonian Tomb (Tumulus A) of Korinos

✴︎  Macedonian Tomb (Tumulus B) of Korinos

✴︎ Trekking by Enipeas river on Olympus & stop at the waterfall. Connection with the land and Mother Earth. Stop for a healing meditation and picnic.Olympus

The last day we will celebrate with a quantum leap jump and an exercise of manifestation.
